Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:
Returns
• You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@retroactive.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards (Coming Soon)
• Custom or personalized products (Coming Soon)
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right.
